Changing or Cancelling an Order
Sometimes your needs change. Our Customer Service department will do its best to assist you in changing or canceling an order, although some fees may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but all orders are subject to factors such as ship date, stock, and financial processing.

If your order has already shipped, a change or cancel will be handled as a return or exchange and fees may apply. We will not give refunds on shipping costs due to a changed or cancelled order.

PayPal Details
When paying with PayPal, please keep the following items in mind as you make your payment and anticipate your shipment:

We will ship only to confirmed addresses as reported to us by PayPal upon your payment.
Any order changes that require additional funds may be paid for via PayPal or a credit card.

Personal Check Details
Personal checks may be accepted from some customers who have placed previous orders with ZerustProducts.com. Contact us for details. There will be a 2-3 day delay in processing once the check is received.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax?
Yes: All orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 6.5%.

While online sales tax can be confusing and varies based on the locations of the vendor and customer, Federal regulations dictate that when purchases are made online, the location of the vendor will determine the sales tax rate applied to the sale. You will pay the Ohio sales tax rate, since our products are shipped from our location in Twinsburg, Ohio. The current Ohio tax rate is 6.5% of your total order.

International Orders
Any order shipping to a location outside of the 50 US States is considered an international order. If you have questions about an international order, feel free to contact our Customer Service department. Additional shipping charges apply based on international shipping cost and processing fees.

ZerustProducts.com wants to make your international ordering process easy and we will strive to assist you in making your purchase simple, worthwhile and cost effective.

Out of Stock/Backordered Items
If you agree to a backorder, we will charge half the cost of the item as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock for discontinued, feel free to contact our Customer Service department for more information regarding the status and eventual availability of the product.
