Zerust Vapor Capsules - Corrosion Prevention

Zerust® Vapor Capsules provide easy to use corrosion protection inside any type of enclosure.

Zerust® Vapor Capsules contain proprietary chemical formulations that release an invisible, odorless, non-toxic rust and corrosion inhibiting vapor into the air. The Zerust® vapor molecules will settle on exposed metal surfaces in an enclosure and protect them from rust and corrosion for up to 1-2 years.

Zerust® Vapor Capsules are ideal for protecting items inside of enclosures, such as electric control boxes, cabinets, toolboxes, freight containers, aircraft fuselage, etc., that themselves cannot readily be wrapped in protective material.

Zerust® Vapor Capsules do not affect the mechanical or electrical properties or functionality of the metal components that they protect.

Zerust® Products have been cleared by the US Food & Drug Administration for protecting metals used in food processing and packaging.

Zerust® Vapor Capsules can be used in conjunction with other Zerust® products such as Ferrous or Non-ferrous Film, to provide comprehensive corrosion protection. All Zerust® corrosion inhibiting products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, and non-allergenic.

Zerust® products have no coating of chemicals that flake off, stick to, or otherwise damage the product they are supposed to protect.
