How to do a return or exchange
To return or exchange an item with Zerust, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an "RMA#". Requesting an RMA number is very easy; just contact us to arrange a return.

It is important to understand that no returns or exchanges will be accepted by ZerustProducts.com without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused!

Please remember that the online RMA process is merely a request for an RMA number and does not guarantee that your return will be accepted.

Return Policy
At ZerustProducts.com, we seek to provide you with the most effective product possible. For this reason, we do not accept returns of opened or used product.

Because Zerust products begin to slowly lose their potency after being opened, ZerustProducts.com will not accept opened, non-defective products for return or exchange. If products are still in their original packaging, unopened and unused they may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Defective merchandise may be returned with no restrictions. See "Defective Merchandise" section for more details and contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns regarding ZerustProducts.com return policy.

Defective Merchandise
Zerust prides itself in offering the highest quality products and warranties that their products with be manufactured with precision, quality and care. If you receive a Zerust product that is defective, damaged or not properly packaged, we will process an exchange or return of that product at not additional cost to you. Simply follow the instructions for returning an item or call Custom Service for more information and assistance.

Shipping and processing costs are not eligible for refund. If you have questions about returning defective merchandise or returning a product internationally, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.

Credits
Refunds being processed via PayPal or accepted Credit Card are normally processed within five business days. There are two scenarios in which you might receive a refund to your PayPal account or Credit Card from the ZerustProducts.com site:

1) If your order was changed due to a calculation error or change in price.
2) If you returned a product according the ZerustProducts.com return policy.

If you paid via personal check or any method other than PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive an in-store credit or a check for the refunded dollar amount, subject to the discretion of Zerust Products.
