Changing or Canceling an Order

Sometimes your order needs change. That’s why our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you in changing or canceling an order (some fees may apply). We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that factors such as ship date, stock and financial processing must be taken into consideration.

If your order has already shipped, an order change or cancel will be handled as a return or exchange and fees may apply. Shipping costs due to a changed or canceled order are nonrefundable.

Will I have to pay Sales Tax?

Yes. All orders will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

While online sales tax can be confusing and varies by state, federal regulations dictate that when purchases are made online the location of the vendor will determine the sales tax rate applied to the sale. Since our products are shipped from our location in Twinsburg, Ohio, you will pay Ohio sales tax on your total order. The current Ohio sales tax rate is 6.5%.

International Orders

Any order shipping to a location outside of the 50 United States is considered an international order. If you have questions about an international order, feel free to contact Customer Service. Out of Stock/Backordered Items

If you agree to a backorder, we will charge you half the cost of the item as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be retained as store credit in the event of a back-order cancellation.
